Returns are available if your jewelry arrives damaged. Returns must be requested within 10 days of delivery of the product. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.

If you are not completely satisfied with your product, I will be happy to exchange it for another item of the same value upon return receipt of the original purchased item. An exchange request must be made within 10 days of delivery of the original product. The original product must returned in as new condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.
I recommend that you retain a tracking number for any product item that is returned or exchanged.

I hope you will wear your jewelry for a long time. If any product becomes damaged, I will be happy to repair it at no cost to you so long as I have the materials. Please contact me to confirm that I have the materials on hand. Remember, each piece is unique and handmade. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.
